Pros
The people seem to genuinely care about people with disabilities; a lot of them have children/siblings with disabilities so there is a real sense of compassion. They were very flexible with my schedule as well as fair raises. Promotes from within whenever applicable.
Cons
The physical location itself is very out of the way in Southwood so the commute for me personally is terrible especially at rush hour although that's not APD's fault. It's a cubicle/office environment so you have to be comfortable with monotony.
