Pros
paycheck was steady. The chair was comfortable. The products and customers are interesting. Many of the internal business systems are up to date, although few are used to their potential. And the chair was comfortable. And the paycheck was steady.
Cons
Constant infighting among departments all across the corporation. Anarchy. The initial sale of API and subsequent sales have demoralized the employees to the point of dispair. The internal attitude is more of survival by fighting rather than helping as a team.
