Extremely poor recruitment experience - needs to be shared - Job Applicant AQA Employee Review

Everything else. A rushed process, with candidates given less than 48 hours notice they'd been selected for interview, then left waiting for feedback until after the second stage had happened despite being promised an update within 24 hours of the first stage. When feedback finally appeared, it was rude, unempathetic and disrespectful. A follow up complaint was ignored.
