Pros
ASM Research has been a great place to work. It is a positive and encouraging environment that promotes personal development, personal responsibility, and career advancement. My experience with this company has been almost solely positive and I highly recommend joining the team in any capacity.
Cons
Being autonomous leaves newer employees feeling like they have no direction, no real sense of daily responsibilities. Because of how fast paced this environment is, in my experience, management does not always have ample time to provide direction at a personal level.
