Pros
ASM is where I have called "home" for the last 18 years. Watching the company grow over the years, while still remaining focused on our clients, our individual work success, and a proper work/life balance has been a huge positive. ASM offers good benefits, opportunity for professional growth, and flexible work schedules/work from home days.
Cons
Benefits, Straight forward job mappings and growth plans (HR is currently working to fix this), salary, communication from upper management to the lowest level worker. Training opportunities
