Cons
This is most unorganized company I've ever worked for from the HR all the way down to operations. From the first day they were all over the place and constantly losing paperwork. I saw all the signs but ignored it because I really wanted a job in this field. There is a lack of leadership from management. Everyone brags about their resume but have no idea what they are doing and it shows. You ask a question and no one has an answer. Also it is a revolving door. No one puts in any type of effort because they don't plan to be here long anyway. There is an abundance of favortism shown to certain employees. And also there is a lot of uncertainty with the contract. They lack communication and they do nothing to motivate their hardwork.
