Awful culture - Software Developer ASquared Employee Review

Management is awful. Absolutely no empathy for their employees. Kept saying they were making changes so the culture is better and all it resulted in was allowing people to work in another country for about a month of the year. Bonus scheme is terrible, seems like a great idea on paper but they use it to justify paying you less, if it's topping up your salary so you can live it's not a bonus. They are the epitome of "over-promise and under-deliver" to both their clients and their employees.
