At ASquared the leadership team is actively seeking feedback and the best ways to implement it. They keep their team at the centre and when things go stressful (which will always be the case when you care about the work you do and deliver to the highest standard) there's great support within the team. We look out for each other. We get mental health check-ins and days off. The projects we engage with are qualified based on the impact they can make for the planet and the people and we're choosing to work with the teams who are aligned with our values.

They are growing team of experts. Clever in how they specialise. Each person takes their job very seriously but everyone is also fun to be around. They want to make a difference as a collective. Thinking pro-actively what projects to take on and what people should be part of the business. All of that cause that the business journey is well thought through and nothing and no-one here is accidental. Commercially successful and keep growing year by year this is a secure place to be employed by. Highly recommended.
