ATB doesn't practice what they preach - Operations Manager ATB Financial Employee Review

ATB does not pay their employees well and they continually lay people off, leaving those that are still there to keep taking on bigger loads without being equipped to do so and of course no additional pay. They say employees are one of their most valued assets, but they don't actually back that statement.
