      Pros

      They do hire diversely, provide good individual support, and work well within most teams. Overall, I've worked in much worse places, but the shiny facade doesn't necessarily match the inside.

      Cons

      There is a disconnect between senior leadership and middle management which results in siloed decision making and interteam competition. This leads to duplicate and make-work project and confusion. Currently open to hybrid work situations, but hints are that this may change in the next year or two.

      Favouritism in promotions, politics at the managerial level in some units, perception of value/popularity sometimes rewarded over actual effort
