      Pros: Strong benefits package, good brand reputation, dedicated colleagues, and efforts to modernize certain processes and systems.

      Cons

      The compensation does not always reflect the increasing cost of living. While the benefits are good, benefits alone do not pay the bills or provide long-term financial security for employees. Although some systems have improved over the years, many processes remain unnecessarily complex, bureaucratic, and time-consuming. System instability and operational inefficiencies continue to create frustration for both employees and clients.
