Needs a huge overhaul - Everyday Banking Specialist ATB Financial Employee Review

Training is lacking. Everyone I ever went to training with for this job felt like they couldn’t do the job, not because of the sales but because you don’t actually learn how to do the job properly. The worst thing is they boast about how good they are with helping employees with their mental health but they don’t. If they see someone struggling instead of having open and productive conversations or offering you help they just fire you without cause. Even if you try to explain what’s going on.
