Pros

- Good benefits, far better than most big organizations in Alberta. Includes vacation purchase, a wellness account and ergonomic support. - Ample vacation time and personal days - Hybrid work environment, with lots of flexibility - Bonuses that are tied to performance - Great work life balance (if you work in corporate) - Management is supportive and clear on goals and expectations - Modern, updated and well-designed Corporate HQ - Free parking for all downtown corporate locations

Cons

- Lower than average pay, especially for more entry-level positions, although bonuses do help make up for the shortfall somewhat - Lots of org changes

Favouritism in promotions, politics at the managerial level in some units, perception of value/popularity sometimes rewarded over actual effort
