Pros
AWS Elemental is all about the right stuff: diversity, inclusion, community, giving back, developing its people, providing a great environment to work in, and so on. They treat us so well.
Cons
None for me. There is definitely a strong emphasis on working in the office, so if you like to work from home it's probably not the right place for you.
