Close to shopping and dining Ample parking Easy access from highway Well-lit sidewalks and parking structures

Cons

Project schedules/resources based on "when we need it done/what can we scrounge up" instead of "what is a rational, achievable timeline/what do we need to hit that deadline." New projects are resourced by farming out tasks to employees who are tangentially involved but otherwise already 100% allocated. The output is often long overdue and of poor quality because these tasks are become rush jobs done by overworked employees. As a consequence of the first two observations, lots of finger-pointing, little root cause analysis
