      Poor communication from Global leaders - no accountability established up and down the organization - negative corporate culture (CYA, diffusion of responsibility, etc.)

      Pros

      At one time it was an amazing place to work. Great Senior Leadership, sense of where the company was going. Amazing Science bright smart competent scientists. Proud to have supported.

      Cons

      Past few years toxic, unhealthy environment. Poor senior leadership, leaders who don't care about employees. Morale is non existent. Expectations are high but people are set up to fail. Very unsafe environment. Sad for the people left in the mess.
