      Good experience and friendly environment.

      Cons

      Poor work/life balance. Quality of training largely dependent on which manager/project leader you work under. Rubbish HR: Says/does the right things to tick boxes but doesn’t actually care.

      Pros

      People are nice, fostering a sense of camaraderie among peers. HR also helps a lot.

      Cons

      The company experiences high turnover rate, indicating a significant issue with employee retention. Within some teams, there is a culture of bullying and extreme micromanagement, creating a hostile and stressful work environment. The management team is ineffective and unresponsive, often failing to listen to or address the concerns of employees. There are virtually no many opportunities for promotion, leaving employees with little motivation for career growth within the company. Moreover, the salaries offered are much lower than the industry standard, Additionally, I have personally experienced racial discrimination from my manager. These factors combined contribute to a negative overall work atmosphere and a challenging experience.

      Pros

      1. Nice place to build new skills and learn new techniques if you are keen and persistent enough! 2. Babraham institute is a decent environment. 3. Potential for career development.

      Cons

      1. Very unclear job description and grading system. Thus, unclear expectations. 2. Management needs to be considerably improved. 3. Most employees are highly underpaid regarding the value they are generating.
