Great people and I was made to feel very welcome when I started in my role. Supportive team and always someone willing to help when needed. Some good training on offer with elearning and I am encouraged to develop my skills. I am trusted in my role and I have flexibility with my family life, which is a perk I appreciate.
At one time it was an amazing place to work. Great Senior Leadership, sense of where the company was going. Amazing Science bright smart competent scientists. Proud to have supported.
Cons
Past few years toxic, unhealthy environment. Poor senior leadership, leaders who don't care about employees. Morale is non existent. Expectations are high but people are set up to fail. Very unsafe environment. Sad for the people left in the mess.
