Pros
Never in my life have I worked with such amazing, talented, smart, professional, and dedicated people. Literally everyone was just top-tier. I felt so fortunate.
Cons
They nixed bench time, skipped entire promotion cycles, and minimized employee benefits to save money. Mass layoffs in 2025. Many contracts cancelled or severely downsized due to DOGE and AI. Everyone is stressed out and morale is way down due to constant fear of layoffs. There is no foreseeing who or when, you just know it's coming for you eventually.
