      They gave me 1 month warning before losing my job. Searching for new roles internally was a dead end.

      Cons

      Federal budget cuts led to massive layoffs offs. So many people lose their jobs in the matter of months. Some with only a 30 minute notice. It was horrible. Thought I can start my career at this company and stay at least 2-3 years before I pivot. Only made it 10 months, solely because of budget cuts, not performance.
