Very toxic work environment. Don’t appreciate their employees, if your face doesn’t fit salary increases and bonuses are minimal or zero, regardless of how hard you work or your contribution, executive team totally detached from workforce. Senior leadership team just doing what they’re told and going through the motions. Executive team believe they are great leaders - they aren’t.
