The company culture is the epitome of a soulless grind. It is almost a parody of a dry, humourless corporate office job. Expect to be squeezed for every ounce of work you can muster, without any consideration for how you feel as a human being. You are nothing but a number on a spreadsheet.
Moreover, as a consultant, most of the work you will be doing will be the incredibly tedious busy work that the clients can't be bothered to do themselves.
There is also a layer of upper management who's job roles a mystery. Most of the actual work is done by the more junior people at the company. The upper management's entire role seems to be taking the request from the client and giving it to the junior consultants. They could be replaced by an email.
