The company has noticeably been a revolving door over the past year. Leadership refuses to acknowledge the problem and has brushed under the rug several significant and unexpected resignations by executives in recent months. Lack of experience, ego, and poor management at the top is the problem. Accountability would help, but instead a narrative is spun and sugar coated into an idea that somehow the company is better off. Tech is innovative but products gain little traction due constant shifting of strategies, impulsive decision-making and distrust in employees' abilities to do their jobs. I would encourage anyone interviewing to look into employee turnover and ask why. It’s resulted in a small group of individuals at the top who are incapable of pushing back on a management style that has been a major cause for the company's problems.
