Pros
Working in Achieve used to be so much of fun with the growth that we experienced in the initial few years. It still provides flexible working from home policy and the salary is very decent.
Cons
After the McGraw Hill acquisition, things have been just been looking down one quarter after another. Senior leadership is laying off folks every quarter and they are clueless about how to integrate the product into their larger ecosystem.
