      Decent product for the time being and led by a great CEO

      Cons

      The CCO’s lack of SaaS experience and operations background is highly visible and damaging to the company. Without a leadership restructure at the top, we will continue to sink. The current focus on vanity projects does not fix the underlying issues in the CS organization; it simply distracts from the clear employee feedback on this platform
