When the founders of Adaptive started the company, part of their dream was that it would be a place where you can learn from everyone you work with, so it's particularly nice to see you mention that you can learn from all of our talented colleagues. To touch on your con, last year was economically challenging for many companies, and we were also impacted. We made sure to adopt a personal and supportive approach towards our affected colleagues, and of course, we recognise it was an extremely difficult time for them. Any strategic changes to our business, whether in terms of new office locations or offerings, are for the long term and only happen after significant discussion and due diligence. Thanks- Marie
