      - Collaborative environment - Growth and learning opportunities - Company invests in their employees - Great office culture and people - Hybrid work schedule - Addegrad Program - Gives new Grads the opportunity to work on multiple teams across the company and gain a wide set of skills and experiences.

      - Complicated platform and workflows (could also been a pro, the work is complex, which is very engaging)

      Unlimited PTO that they encourage you to use

      Vey cliquey and laden with politics. Lot of the promotions didn't make any sense and just seemed to be based on the VP's mood on any given day. Favoritism galore and to top it off.... the clients are so difficult to deal with. Unrealistic expectations and no support from management when they are out of line. You will be demonized if you call it out.
