If you’re looking for a solid paying sales job.. TURN THE OTHER WAY. The commission for “opportunities” created is the same no matter the size of client. And the dollar amount for them is the lowest in the industry. Need way more of an incentive to sell other than the tiny amount given!
New management over inside sale team is extremely un needed. They micro manage and don’t think the workers that have been there are competent workers that don’t know anything about the industry. As well as treating them like adults and not children.
