Cons
I worked here in this Company for 2+ years and cant express how i survived and honestly, it was one of the most toxic and mentally draining experiences of my career. Here's why: 1-No Full & Final Settlement: If you dare to resign, don't expect a penny for your notice period. No FNF, no experience letter – nothing. You leave with zero documentation or closure. 2-Hire-Fire Culture: I've seen people get hired and fired within 3-4 days. If they don't like your "vibe," you're out. Zero professionalism, zero empathy. You're disposable. 3-Toxic Work Environment: The micro-management is next level. You have to meet your reporting manager daily – who just happens to be the owner of the company. Every minute of your day is tracked. Every task, no matter how small, needs to go in a time sheet. Feels more like a prison logbook than a workplace. 4-No Logic, Just 'Company Policy': Try having a reasonable conversation with HR or management? Good luck. All you'll get is "That's company policy" – no explanation, no discussion. You're expected to obey, not think. 5-Salary Never On Time: Forget the 1st of the month. Salaries here are fashionably late by 15+ days, every month. You have to keep following up like you're begging for your own money. 6-HR = Useless: Easily one of the worst HR teams I've seen. They're not here to support employees – they're here to protect the company’s ego. Cold, robotic responses and zero accountability. 7-If you're thinking of joining – don't. No learning, no growth, no peace of mind. It's just a constant drain of energy, morale, and time. You’ll walk out more frustrated than fulfilled.
