I’m glad that you feel supported by your coworkers. Being lifted up by your colleagues, especially when you are having a less-than-positive work experience, is important.
I believe in the time since you wrote this review, there have been great strides made in improving the training program for our customer service staff. The input I’ve received is that our team is hitting the floor better-prepared than in the past. I hope you feel the same way.
I wholeheartedly disagree that leadership refuses to act, but am saddened nonetheless that you feel that way. I hope that in the coming months, the work the company is doing to improve communication and leadership development will improve your opinion of the organization.
