Pros

It's a paycheck. Nice and helpful co-workers.

Cons

Surveillance cameras everywhere. It gave me the creeps. It made me wonder if they were in the bathrooms too. Constant threatening emails telling people to watch how much time they were spending in unavailable status left people walking on eggshells in fear of losing their jobs. Dealing with mostly hospice patients, it was important to get orders correct and there were times when the phone system would not allow you to stop incoming calls so that you can finish working on an order. Really stifling atmosphere, figuratively and literally. Air quality in the office seemed poor at times. Crappy schedules, not the safest of neighborhoods, too much gossip, an every man for himself atmosphere. They're quick to chastise and try to throw someone under the bus. When whatever they thought they had on you doesn't stick and they end up looking stupid, you won't even get an apology. This is the job you take while you're still looking for a job.

Pros

Pay is okay. Co-workers are great and are helpful. This used to be a great place to work.

Cons

Everything that used to be a pro is now a con. PTO and sick time requests are like pulling teeth. Process used to be so simple. There is clear favoritism shown to certain employees. Company never learns from past mistakes. Turnover has been outrageous and we’ve lost a lot of people. The new people they bring in aren’t helpful, but it isn’t their fault. Training isn’t great and you’re just thrown to the wolves! Reps have nobody to turn to. Supervisors are unprofessional and spend more time on their cell phones than actually helping out.

I appreciate your thoughtful review. I’m glad that you feel supported by your coworkers. Being lifted up by your colleagues, especially when you are having a less-than-positive work experience, is important. I believe in the time since you wrote this review, there have been great strides made in improving the training program for our customer service staff. The input I’ve received is that our team is hitting the floor better-prepared than in the past. I hope you feel the same way. I wholeheartedly disagree that leadership refuses to act, but am saddened nonetheless that you feel that way. I hope that in the coming months, the work the company is doing to improve communication and leadership development will improve your opinion of the organization.

Depressing warehouse with no windows

Pros

Pay is okay for what it is, decent starting place, hours are okay.

Cons

Not enough employees for the workload. Reps are forced to over promise and under deliver. You will never get a raise, more work will always be thrown at you and you will never be appreciated. No room for advancement.
