Pros

- Most of the time, employees can go home on time regardless of work status, finished or not finished. - Opportunity to be sent overseas for business trips

Cons

- Most of the employees are old. The environment might be hostile for new hires and new hires might be culture shocked. - Old school management and old school systems. This company is lagging behind the industrial revolution. Too much manual, too little automations! - Culture of follow ups: every action needs multiple follow ups to close. No accountability and ownership - They always play the "Blaming game" for causals or delays/gaps. - Too slow processes. ID's are given 3 weeks, a month, or more after hire date! - New hires are not guided properly. - Benefits and salaries are not competitive compared to other companies. Possible to have no increase within a year. No company revenue bonuses. - No strategic planning

Pros

Engineering wise you can touch a lot of different systems whether it be FPGA, DC, RF, or C++ software Peers are very nice and fun to work with

Cons

Management can be rude and blunt which has it's time and place but here, it is more often than not. You can easily get siloed into doing very tedious tasks and sometimes it feels like you are working more on presentations than engineering so upper management doesn't berate you in front of everyone during a meeting. Lots of my peers occasionally work weekends, long extra hours, and go above and beyond for little recognition. Hard work is easily unnoticed here and under appreciated
