Pros
The ONLY good thing about Advanced Energy is the coworkers. The engineers and techs are smart, helpful, and genuinely great to work with.
Cons
Upper management, though, is TOXIC. There are CONSTANT re-orgs, leadership keeps changing, and priorities shift nonstop. It’s hard to get anything done when your team or direction keeps getting flipped. They also shut down multiple sites and moved work to Mexico, which added even more instability. If you want stability and growth, DO NOT join. The people are great, but management will burn you out.
