Pros
Good salary, but there are better options out there among their competitors. Academy seems interesting: they give you the opportunity to learn on site (once every 6 months) after work and they also pay most of your learning hours if you pass the final exam.
Cons
They have bad clients: dinosaurs tech and dinousaurs workers. If you plan on hopping aboard to learn something, think twice, because their clients have a very old tech stack (mostly Cobol based); you could be The pro among dinosaurs (this could be a good thing.. it depends on your point of view).
