Coworkers arrange pot lucks and try to boost moral that is very low. Only the doctors are treated well since they own the company!

PTO cannot be used for 90 days after hire date 401K enrollment after almost 18 months No structure High turnover, like a revolving door 6 paid company holidays No flexibility Higher ups are too controlling and don’t allow you to do your job and are not understanding Benefits are very costly, maternity leave pays up to $350 per week ($8.75 per hour) They will change your job position without your input or consider your feeling
