Where do I begin? Hourly wage is a joke, what educated technologist is going to work like a dog for $25/hr. If you are 7 minutes late, they take 15 minutes of your pathetic PTO . If you have a family, forget it...you will NEVER get a day off if any 3 people in the ENTIRE company already have that day off, regardless of what office you are in. If you are scheduled to work until 5 pm and a patient comes in at 4:59, you HAVE to stay no matter how long it takes and then get penalized for overtime.
Sick? Nope, you have to be dead to call out. Only get 5 days a year.
Management does not care because of their 25-50 million $ in revenue per year profit that is NOT EVER given back to their employees...no raises or incentive.
Doctors dont have your back either because all they see is bottom dollar. What they should be worried about is all the GOOD old school employees that know their worth, CARE about patients and KNOW their job are leaving for ADRADS Direct competition. Soon they will have no one at all or fresh newbies that have no clue what they are doing with highly emotional patients.
I have never seen such turn over as I have in my years working here. Management keeps saying "good things are going to happen" for YEARS, nope, still waiting.......
We "grandfathered" employees get better benefits, but as a new employee you will only get 1.85 hrs of PTO /week. That averages out just over 12 DAYS per YEAR....Sad. You will need to be employed 7 years for that to increase to 2.5 hr/week. You will need to put in vacation time ( you will be lucky if ya get it ) 1 YEAR in advance if not longer.
