Note; experienced professionals have zero value to Leadership, regardless of their expertise levels. -Excessive meetings and repetetive wasteful over documentation requirements leaving no time to do the real work. -Blind leading the talented on a repetetive loop resulting in the loss of cream of the crop employees. -CEO, COO, Sr. VP of HR, VP's of IT , VP of Customer Success, VP of Customer Support, and many other employees have jumped this sinking ship within the last 9 months. -Joke of a circus, ran by a bunch of clueless clowns. -Huge dissapointment and quickly declining company reputation.
