Zero humility and even less integrity

Pros

Zero. If you are looking to detour off your professional career path into a joke of a "company" with a pathetic excuse for an Executive Leadership team, Advantive is the place for you.

Cons

Walk away. Numerous serious issues and questionable integrity examples to list. Customers beware! Note; experienced professionals have zero value to Leadership, regardless of their expertise levels. -Excessive meetings and repetetive wasteful over documentation requirements leaving no time to do the real work. -Blind leading the talented on a repetetive loop resulting in the loss of cream of the crop employees. -CEO, COO, Sr. VP of HR, VP's of IT , VP of Customer Success, VP of Customer Support, and many other employees have jumped this sinking ship within the last 9 months. -Joke of a circus, ran by a bunch of clueless clowns. -Huge dissapointment and quickly declining company reputation.

Terrible

Pros

The role is remote, most roles are remote

Cons

Brought me onboard for less than I was making at my previous role, then didn't train me properly; the "scaffold" wasn't even prepped until a week before my departure. Communication is terrible, there is pretty much no warning for anything.

Toxic work culture

Pros

Competitive pay with decent benefits. Office is in a good location and has good amenities.

Cons

Poor communication, siloed departments, impossible goals, terrible work/life balance. This company will sell you on "culture" during their new hire onboarding but you will quickly learn that it's all a mirage. The environment is extremely fast-paced and every solution they have acquired has seen all their support and delivery teams stripped down to bare bones or nothing at all. If you take a job here, be prepared to experience extremely high work loads with unrealistic goals. There will be too many meetings during business hours to actually get anything done so you will be working late and during your weekends. When you have questions, good luck getting them answered. There are so few legacy employees left that very few people actually know how the products work which also makes training new hires nearly impossible. None of this seems to bother ELT at all as they continue to steam roll forward with acquisitions to build out their portfolio so it looks great from the outside, but one peak behind the curtain will show how chaotic and dysfunctional everything truly is on the inside. Avoid at all costs.
