Where to start… the company took an absolute turn for the worse. I myself was terminated with a package for speaking up about change in culture, trying to help get it back. They actively tell managers to terminate quickly if they don’t like someone, rather throwing a bag of money towards them, as they are not allowed to formally fire people in NL. Reasons why to avoid: - Insane ego, especially from the top 100 old school Adyen people from scale up days - Board has no clue about the toxicity in their GLT (sexual misconduct, leading with fear etc) - HR and Rewards are honestly the biggest joke i have experienced. - They pulled in many external senior leader over the last years. Many of them toxic and remain, but the good leaders have all been terminated… - No processes and structure - Compensation below market. Avoid if you dont want to walk through a political minefield.
