      Make your own hours, unlimited potential

      Cons

      Need to be self starter, need to be ok with cold calls to succeed and pay is all 100% commission. If unable to fund gas/mileage for prospecting you will find your opportunities limited.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
