      Cons

      They make you work long hours and the people in the office are just full of drama and rather stay in drama than help their employees. No training and pay is commission which isn't great when you need to be trained properly and everyone is greedy about money and seeking to feed off of your success.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
