      Reliable pay structure, good commission rate

      Crumbling internal structure, lack of support, conflicting messaging, ultimately acts as a financial/investment institution rather than an insurance company, with recruiting being the no. 1 priority for shareholder reporting

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
