      Pros

      I really enjoyed my time at Aflac, especially all of my wonderful colleagues. My input was valued by the executives, so I felt that I was appreciated and making an impact.

      Cons

      Too many meetings. We had meetings to talk about scheduling meetings. Sometimes projects took a very long time.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
