There are no cons - it’s a great company

Years of “agency life” had turned this bright eyed, bushy-tailed creative into a hopeless heap of contempt and cynicism. That was until working for Agent3. Not a lot to mention from my experience. Since this is a global agency that works as one, there is the occasional odd-hour meeting. But it’s a genuine pleasure to speak with these global teams, which greatly offsets the inconvenience. Also, Friday’s are the new Monday’s most weeks, but it’s actually reassuring to know business is healthy.
