Pros

Great staff as you are trauma bonded working here. Everyone comes from different backgrounds whether you are fresh out of university, having a career change or older. Quarterly bonuses IF targets are reached. Social activities/get togethers. £££ bonus if you get a friend to join the workforce and they are a good fit etc. If you get a new client to do work with us you receive % of profits for a certain period of time also. Booze Bar in the office (which is needed after some days), snack bar to get you through the day. Free drinks from brand experience campaigns Flexi-work Personal well being allowance WFH which most people do on a Friday so the office is empty, quiet and peaceful to get work done.

Cons

0 - selective recognition No career progression Overworked and underappreciated If you do not laugh you will cry Expect to feel pressured and stressed 24/7 Staff stretched thin across departments Working with a skeleton crew due to lack of staffing No overtime but TOIL available Randomly have new people join and not even know as to who they are (not see any job description on Linkedin or emailed about wanting a new role)

Pros

Exceptionally well supported at every level of the organization. Zero ambiguity with very clear direction and vision. Autonomy to run the business and encouraged to try new methods in order to drive successful results.

Cons

I struggle to to find any cons of even the mildest significance.

Pros

Decent pay, work alone with set hours

Cons

Every week hours changing. No set work time. One week you might have 45 hours the next week you might have 20. Can’t budget the life on a lying job that said was full-time hire. Lack of supervision and management very inexperienced management. No team support. A very untrustworthy company from the UK trying to do business in the United States cheating US employees.
