5ySorry to hear that you've not had the best experience at Agoda, though thank you for taking out the time to write a review. Total transparency and strict business ethics are foundational to our culture of integrity, and we encourage everyone to practice it at all times. There would have been instances when you didn't have complete visibility on other departments' work, and we recognize that. To solve this, we are planning more Town Halls and AMAs within departments. At Agoda, people are the backbone of everything we do, and all their questions – without any prejudice – matter to us. We take this seriously and will work hard to close the gaps.
That said, we love that you found great co-workers in Agodans – it’s extremely important for us and it brings us great joy to hear it from you.
