Pros
Currently, employees at all levels are allowed to work (outside of their employment country) for 30 days (include weekends, public holiday and planned annual leave). One-week Return To Office setup are every 8 weeks. Your travel expences maybe covered by some of the employee benefits at a certain cap per year.
Cons
Sometimes it could feel toxic as "behaviour" is a part of KPI. If you don't follow, your KPI failed or you'll receive certain warning. KPI calculations are confusing because of rampant tools and processes experimentation. Micromanagement is rampant. Career opportunities seems always available, but they are always on a "secondee" roles. Should an internal employee got promoted, the salary increase can be as minimum 10%. Sure it depends on the level of qualification and skills, but people don't get to take on huge roles and got paid at a minimum. Salary offer is always the breaking point.
