      Pros

      Relatively flexible position with low bureaucracy, lots of ownership and freedom, vast majority of decisions are data driven, good reward system

      Cons

      Culture is very KPI centric rather than customer centric. Some employees seem to be operating on a different planar level where they justify bad UX/CX with a dial moving somewhere.
