Pros
Seemed like a vibrant and great start-up setup with the culture being the only selling point. Great experience if you want to see how NOT to run a company and sets you up well for future roles so you can identify the toxicity in the work environment sooner.
Cons
I completely echo the other low ratings particularly the review that said: "Lack of career progression and very hands-off management style can leave you feeling bored and isolated a lot of the time. Has a very 'start-up' feel to it, where the company seems to be constantly shifting direction to meet clients' changing expectations which leaves staff feeling uneasy. Has a bad habit of 'hire first, figure out what we need them for later'. Is essentially a consultancy that calls itself everything but a consultancy." Being hired as a graduate fresh out of university with no direction or career progression path leaves you feeling deflated and useless. Steer clear of companies that use the terms like: "At Aiimi we proudly aim to foster a start-up mentality, attracting individuals who are open to innovation, keen to make their mark and unafraid to take the lead." That's just a copout for the incompetence from management to do their job well. Constantly sending people into the lion's den with difficult clients they have destroyed their relationships with and hoping you can be the fall guy, particularly not a good look when they prey on the inexperienced members of staff fresh out of university to do this bidding.
