We do know that ACS is not 9-5, and we do make everyone aware of this. There are support functions like on call and ops to assist with the out of hours work. It is definitely not a 9-5 role, hopefully this was made clear to you in the interview process and sales can be high stress. However, we try to balance that with time back and above industry benefits.
